without a certain degree of know-how grilling can mean charred
steaks, scorched chicken and burnt burgers. During this intensive
one-day course we explain the importance of good marinades,
salsas, flavoured butters and oils in barbecue cooking. Lots
of exciting new recipes will introduce both the novice and
seasoned barbecue buffs to the thrill of the grill. Juicy
