Terms and Conditions of participation in cooking courses at the Academy

1.The Kurt Scheller Academy provides professional cooking training and short courses for non-professionals according to the schedule enclosed in the brochure describing the Academy.

2.In order to make a reservation for any cooking course for non-professionals it is necessary to complete and return the enclosed enrolment form, together with a confirmation of full payment to the Academy’s Bank account or directly at the office of the Academy at least 2 days prior to the day of the planned course. The Academy’s office hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. When doing bank transfers, please indicate the name and the number of the selected course.

3.The Academy reserves the right to cancel or to change the schedule, the date, the time and the price of any cooking course. In such a case each person who has reserved a place in the cooking course will be notified of the changes and will have the right to participate in any other cooking course at a different time or shall be entitled to a refund of full payment.

4.In the kitchen all participants of the cooking courses are required to wear comfortable and safe shoes.

5.The price of a cooking course includes: all the training materials such as: menu prepared during the course, the recipes, all the ingredients used for cooking, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

 

6. 2 week course, 6 day per week, monday-friday from 9.00 to 15.00
- The menu will be: appetizers, meat, fish, vegetable, potatoes dishes and desserts.
- Cost: approximately 3000PLN
- 6 week course, 6 day per week, monday-friday from 9.00 to 15.00
- The menu is more detailed comparing to 2 week course. It will includealso: terins,
.. seafood (lobster, mussels, oyster), cold buffet platter and some others.
- Cost: approximately 8500PLN
- You can enrol now. We will inform you as soon as we have enough participants
(minimum 8 pax).

Terms of the payment

According to the conditions of participation the payment should be made at least 2 days before the start of the course.

The payment should be made directly at the office of the Academy or to the Academy’s Bank account:
